Friday, May 3rd, 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
MHCC will provide:
Clear plates (to be placed over your plate for food)
Cream/Sugar Packets and food
The items below are necessary for every table. Use your creativity and add your
own personal style to your table. Tables can be themed, seasonal, elegant or fun.
Table Decorators are responsible for providing:
8 Plates
8 Tea or coffee cups
8 glasses
Flatware
Centerpiece/ table decor
1 Pitcher for Iced Water (no plastic please)
Creamer and sugar containers
8 Cloth Napkins
Tablecloth for 8 ft round table (120" goes to the floor)
Raffle and Silent Auction opportunities
Raffle Tickets are available for purchase on the day of the event $20 for 20 tickets
