Here at Mint Hill Dance Center, our mission is to provide affordable dance classes and scholarships in the art of dance, offering students of all ages the opportunity to learn personal discipline, self confidence, and the importance of team work through exposure to the performing arts. We work hard to provide well rounded dance education as well as other skills students will use in life. Our purpose is to provide enjoyment, healthy habits, and happy dancers.
Dance provides large amounts of physical benefits such as strengthening muscles of the body, increases flexibility, agility, coordination, and spatial awareness, enhances functionality of the mind and nervous system as well as physical confidence. Along with these amazing health benefits for the body, dance also increases self esteem through postive and personal growth through dance education. We strive for our dancers to walk out of class feeling accomplished in their efforts and craving the next class.
Through everything stated above, we, as dance educators, are here to provide all of the joy and elation of the performing arts as well as the physical benefits. We find pleasure in all that we do and hope to leave our students with the same feeling.
